1.1 Service Availability
Techs To You provides home technology services within a 75-mile radius of Syracuse, NY. These services include but are not limited to Electric Vehicle (EV) charger installation, home automation, tech repairs, TV mounting, and Wi-Fi setup. All services are subject to availability within the service area.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By entering into a contract with Techs To You, you confirm that you are legally able to do so and that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
1.3 Service Agreement
A contract is formed once you confirm your request for services via phone, email, or our website. Upon confirmation, Techs To You will schedule an appointment for service delivery. We reserve the right to refuse service if you do not meet the conditions set forth in these Terms.

Services Offered
2.1 Home Tech Solutions
Techs To You provides a wide range of home tech solutions, including but not limited to:
- EV Charger Installation
- Home Automation Setup
- Smart Security System Installation (e.g., Ring, Blink)
- TV Mounting and Wi-Fi Configuration
- Computer, Tablet, and Phone Repairs
These services may vary in price depending on the complexity of the task and the specific equipment involved. We will provide a detailed estimate prior to service execution.
2.2 Service Scope
Techs To You technicians will perform services as agreed upon and as requested. Any additional services or work outside of the original scope must be mutually agreed upon in writing before execution, and any additional charges will be assessed.
2.3 Third-Party Equipment
Clients may bring their own equipment for service, but we are not responsible for any compatibility issues with third-party equipment. We recommend consulting with our technicians beforehand to ensure the best fit for your needs.

Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing
Prices for our services will be provided during the initial consultation or via our website. The following charges apply unless otherwise stated:
- $39.99 diagnostic fee for on-site consultations
- Pricing for installations, repairs, and services will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before work begins
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and online payment platforms. Full payment for services is due upon completion unless prior arrangements for financing have been made.
3.3 Late Payments
If payment is not received in a timely manner, a late fee of 1.5% per month may be charged. In the event of non-payment after 30 days, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any ongoing services until payment is received.

Client Responsibilities
4.1 Access to Premises
You are responsible for providing us with safe and timely access to your property to perform the requested services. Our technicians will need unrestricted access to the areas where the service is being performed, including electrical panels, walls, and other installation sites.
4.2 Safety Precautions
You agree to maintain a safe working environment for our technicians. Techs To You is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or accidents resulting from unsafe conditions at your property.
4.3 Third-Party Licenses
If your requested services require third-party software, hardware, or services, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary licenses or subscriptions. We are not responsible for any issues related to licensing or third-party products outside of the scope of our services.

Warranty and Liability
5.1 Warranty on Services
We offer a limited warranty on our services. If a service or installation fails due to a fault in our work within 30 days of completion, we will repair it at no additional charge. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations.
5.2 Warranty on Parts
Any parts provided by Techs To You are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary depending on the part or equipment. If a part fails within its warranty period, we will assist in the return or replacement process, but we are not responsible for the part’s direct warranty.
5.3 Liability Limitations
Techs To You is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service that caused the claim.

Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance without incurring any cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost will apply.
6.2 Refunds
Refunds for services may be issued if there is a failure to complete the service as agreed or if the service was performed in error. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service completion. We reserve the right to assess the reason for the refund before processing it.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in Syracuse, NY, rather than through litigation. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
